Pursue all assets of the insolvent insurance
company, including any claims against third parties, who may have contributed
to the financial decline of the company.

Review all
claims filed against the assets of the insolvent company to be sure that only
legitimate policyholders and creditors of the insolvent company receive distributions
from the assets collected and that the amounts of the claims allowed are appropriate.
