The Liquidator has filed her Motion for Approval of the Liquidator's (1) Calculation and Payment of the Third Early Access Payment to the Guaranty Associations,
(2) Final Report of Non-Guaranty Association Class 2 Policyholder Level Claims, (3) Second Interim Distribution to Non-Guaranty Association Class 2
Claimants, and (4) Filing the Unredacted Exhibit B Under Seal. Please click this link to the Searchable PDF of the Liquidator's
Final Report of Non-Guaranty Association Class 2 Claims at Exhibit B. Following court approval, the Liquidator plans to make a Second Interim Distribution to Non-Guaranty Association Class 2 Claimants
whose claims are identified in Exhibit B to the Motion in an amount equal to an additional 3.8628% of each of the allowed Class 2 claims. Even with the Court's order approving the Liquidator's Motion,
the Liquidator cannot make further distributions until she receives a Federal Release from the Department of Justice, which was requested a year ago.
NOTE: The Liquidator redacted (removed) the claimants' names and addresses on the Report in response to claimants' requests that we protect their
contact information. Therefore, to locate your claim in the Searchable PDF of the Liquidator's Final Report of Claims, you must have your Proof of Claim number,

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Ohio Revised Code 3903.42 sets forth the priorities and order of distribution of claims. Based upon our best good faith estimates and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Liquidator presently anticipates making a 100% dividend distribution
on allowed at Class 1 (administrative expense) claims and that she will pay some percentage in excess of 24.00% to the Class 2 (policyholder) priority level. An interim distribution was made in June, 2011 sufficient to pay allowed Class 2 (policyholder)
level claimants 20.72% of the amount of their allowed claims. It is anticipated that a further interim distribution of an additional 3.8628% of the amount of the allowed Class 2 claims will be made in the first quarter of 2012 in order to bring all
Class 2 distributions up to 24.5828% of the amount of all allowed Class 2 claims. For more information about this liquidation, please go to the Documents tab above. As soon as deemed appropriate,
